Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MsGangitano Set Ups website and the event setup services we provide. By booking with us or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

MsGangitano Set Ups designs and installs custom event setups, which may include balloon garlands, arches, columns, backdrops, props, seating, and photo-booth experiences. Standard packages include delivery, professional setup, and breakdown after your event. Service is available inside Los Angeles County; travel outside Los Angeles County is available for an additional fee.

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your date is only confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments

Payments and deposits are processed securely through Stripe. MsGangitano Set Ups does not store your card details. Prices shown are flat rates for the described package; custom or larger requests may be quoted separately.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability but is not guaranteed. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate event details and to ensure safe, reasonable access to the setup location on the day of your event. You are responsible for the care of the setup and rental items during your event; damage beyond normal use may incur additional charges.

Liability

MsGangitano Set Ups takes great care with every setup. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for your setup. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, venue restrictions, or acts of others.
