Cancellation & Refund Policy

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact MsGangitano Set Ups as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability but is not guaranteed.

Remaining Balance & Payment Schedule

The remaining balance is due one week before your event date. If payment is not received by the due date, your event may be canceled, and your reserved date may become available for another client.

Need a different payment date? Please click here to contact MsGangitano Set Ups before the payment due date. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
